QUIET HOURS

Our guests love that we are a peaceful campground. We honor the quiet hours set forth by Bristol Motor Speedway. QUIET HOURS will be from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

NO GOLF CARTS

Bristol Motor Speedway strictly prohibits the use of golf carts, therefore, no golf carts are allowed in the campground.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL

We promote a family-friendly atmosphere so please be respectful of other guests. We want you to have a great time, but we cannot condone drunken disorderly conduct or the use of loud, vulgar language. It goes without saying, that public nudity will not be tolerated.

Offenders will be escorted off the premises without a refund.

RATES ARE PER SPACE OCCUPIED

If your camper requires more space for any reason, you'll be charged accordingly.

FREE PARKING FOR GUESTS ONLY

Due to limited parking, only registered SYEC guests are guaranteed parking. Visiting guests must make arrangements to park off SYEC premises. Vehicles without SYEC tags will be towed at car owner's expense. Luckily, SYEC is next to a large parking lot so if you do have guests, simply have them use the paid lot adjacent to our campground.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

We understand that life happens and plans can change, but based on demand, deposits will be non-refundable as follows:

SPRING RACE - Non-refundable after December 1

FALL RACE - Non refundable after March 31

Please book accordingly.

CAN WE HAVE A FIRE?

ENCLOSED fire pit permitted ONLY during the SPRING RACE.

LET US DO THE MAINTENANCE WORK . . . PLEASE!

For your safety, do not attempt to make repairs to water, sewer or power.
